Mark Hayes'  distinctive and elegant approach to arranging gospel music has long been admired and has been an inspiration to many choirmasters and aspiring arrangers. This particular arrangement incorporates American jazz and late 70's - ear;ly 80's R&B elements. These are enveloped, surprisingly snuggly, by typical mid-western breathtaking aural broad strokes, This musical work would be a joy to perform and audience.
